Keyloop has unveiled a new end-to-end sales management platform designed to help vehicle dealers improve lead conversion rates, streamline sales processes and increase operational efficiency.
The new Sales Hub solution will be piloted in UK dealerships from July before a wider rollout during the second half of 2026.
The platform has been developed for vehicle manufacturers and retailers and is designed to support every stage of the sales process.
Keyloop said it brings together customer, vehicle and transaction data in a single workflow, covering lead management, deal building, finance applications, part-exchange valuations, quotations and digital signatures.
Sales Hub becomes the latest addition to Keyloop’s Fusion Automotive Retail Platform, which aims to connect processes across the customer lifecycle from enquiry through to vehicle ownership and retention.
AI features embedded throughout the platform
The system allows retailers to share quotations through a customer’s preferred communication channel, including email, SMS, WhatsApp and dealer-branded sales portals.
It also captures customer preferences, behaviours and engagement data to support more targeted communications and marketing activity.
Predictive analytics and propensity scoring tools are designed to help retailers anticipate customer needs and create more effective campaigns.
Artificial intelligence (AI) features are embedded throughout the platform, including automation tools intended to reduce administrative workloads and a sales “copilot” that provides prompts and guidance for customer communications.
Keyloop said the integrated workflows within Sales Hub are designed to help dealerships reduce response times and improve productivity across sales teams.
Understanding the pain points
Adrian Nash, chief product officer at Keyloop, said the company had worked with UK retailers to understand challenges within dealership sales operations.
He said common issues included fragmented systems, limited customer visibility and time-consuming lead management.
Nash described Sales Hub as an end-to-end sales management platform with AI built into the system from the outset, designed to help retailers improve conversion rates and respond to changing customer expectations.
The platform integrates with Keyloop’s dealer management system, Acquisition Hub ecommerce platform and Vehicle Hub inventory management solution.
Sales Hub was officially launched at Fusion Live London on June 2.
Keyloop said the platform will sit within the ‘Demand’ domain of its Fusion Automotive Retail Platform, alongside Acquisition Hub, with further connections across its Operate, Ownership and Supply domains.
