Keyloop is integrating TruVideo’s workshop video technology into its Service Hub aftersales platform to help dealership technicians explain repairs and secure customer approval.
Service Hub is Keyloop’s cloud-based platform for managing the aftersales journey from booking through to vehicle collection. The integration is undergoing beta testing at pilot dealerships and is due to become available to customers later in 2026.
Technicians will be able to record videos using a mobile device, with the content synchronised directly with the customer’s Service Hub record.

TruVideo’s AI Noise Cancellation feature learns the technician’s voice and reduces workshop background noise, helping customers understand vehicle inspections and recommended repairs.
Automated multilingual subtitles will allow dealerships to communicate with a wider range of customers, while each video can be transcribed for service advisers to check before seeking authorisation. Dealerships will also be able to add their branding and calls to action at the beginning and end of videos.
Adrian Nash, chief product officer at Keyloop, said: “Customers increasingly expect workshops to use video to explain work done, secure approvals and justify upsell. By partnering with TruVideo, we can help aftersales teams use best-of-breed video tools to maximise conversions and break down some of the common barriers that exist between workshops and customers.”
Keyloop said pilot implementations had increased workshop order values, improved efficiency and supported higher customer satisfaction, although it did not provide performance figures.
AI tyre scanning on roadmap
The two companies are planning additional features including tyre wall scanning, AI-powered vehicle condition reporting and automated video quality scoring.
Joe Shaker, co-founder and chief executive of TruVideo, said: “We’re working at pace on deployment for Service Hub pilot sites, supercharging the video capabilities within Keyloop’s Fusion platform. We’re also planning ahead; this new partnership anticipates the deployment of additional capabilities, such as tyre wall scanning, AI-driven vehicle condition reporting and video quality scoring.”
Service Hub forms part of Keyloop’s Fusion Automotive Retail Platform, which connects dealership sales, aftersales and customer retention processes.
Information from Service Hub is held within Fusion’s Automotive Data Core, giving dealership teams a shared record of customer interactions, transactions and aftersales service contracts.
Keyloop technology is used by more than 20,000 automotive retailers and over 90 vehicle manufacturers.
