Located on Western Road in the town, the site is listed as a former Ford garage, and was most recently occupied by Group 1 Assured.
The 7,246 square feet site, listed as a freehold property, is said to feature showroom space for seven vehicles to be displayed, and outside capacity for around 60 vehicles.
At the rear of the showroom are two small offices and a kitchen/lounge.

The showroom space is described as recently refurbished, with a tiled floor, suspended ceiling with recessed lighting and air conditioning.
A workshop at the rear of the dealership features six ramps, with an additional two work bays in a separately accessed MOT extension.
The site sits on the junction between Western Road and the A129 London Road, and is described as being around a quarter of a mile from Billericay town centre.
It is described as being in a largely residential area, opposite some independent shops.
Group 1 Automotive business changes
Group 1 Automotive announced moves to reduce the size of its network last year, including divesting its Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) franchise operations, and the closure of BMW dealerships in Stansted and Hindhead.
A social media post confirmed the closure of the Billericay site on November 28.
Earlier this year, Group 1 Automotive said it expected to take further action to ‘optimise operations and reduce costs’, while announcing record revenue and gross profits for 2025.
Group 1 has been integrating former Inchcape UK’s dealerships into the group following an acquisition in 2024.
