Lepas has opened UK orders for its new plug-in hybrid SUV, with a range of finance offers and a test drive incentive available to customers.
The L8 PHEV comes with a 1.5-litre petrol engine, an electric motor and an 18.4kWh battery, allowing an EV-only range of up to 56 miles.
The L8 PHEV is the flagship model in the range of the latest UK market entrant from Chery International, alongside the Chery, Omoda and Jaecoo brands.

It is priced from £34,900 with the entry-level Essence trim, and £37,900 with the range-topping Elevate trim.
Range of finance offers available
The opening of L8 PHEV orders follows Lepas’s appointment of Black Horse and Lex Autolease, both part of Lloyds Banking Group, as its official UK finance and leasing partners.
It says the model is subject to a 1.9% APR representative finance campaign, with Essence versions available on PCP from £398.99 per month, and Elevate versions from £438.99 per month, both on the same 49-month term.
Both offers include a £500 test drive voucher, which will be deducted from the OTR price for eligible private retail customers who complete a test drive and order and register a new L8 PHEV until September 30.
A range of hire purchase options are also said to be available, while Lex Autolease will provide leasing solutions for customers opting for personal contract hire.
Customer deliveries are due to begin this month.
