Quiet Listings has expanded beyond its original off-market property marketplace by introducing publicly listed homes for sale, creating a more comprehensive destination for Australians searching for property while maintaining its commitment to independence and transparency.
Since launching in November 2025, the prop-tech platform has grown quickly, attracting more than half a million monthly property views and producing thousands of enquiries for agents and private vendors across the country every month.
The website now features a wider variety of properties, including houses, apartments, units, acreage and off-market listings from thousands of Australian property sellers.
In contrast to major property portals that rely on paid advertising packages, Quiet Listings does not charge buyers, sellers or agents to participate. Property owners are also unable to purchase better placement, helping ensure all listings receive fair exposure.
The platform gives buyers access to valuable campaign information, including listing duration, estimated marketing price ranges and changes made during the sales process, such as revised asking prices, different selling methods and unsuccessful auctions.
Traditional property websites often prioritise current advertising campaigns, meaning buyers may not easily find the complete history behind a property’s marketing journey.
“Buyers deserve more than a polished advertisement,” a Quiet Listings spokesperson said.
“They should be able to understand how long a property has been listed, how pricing has evolved and whether previous campaigns failed. Quiet Listings provides those insights without allowing advertising dollars to shape the experience.”
The company intends to continue expanding its property database and improving its search tools as it pursues its goal of becoming Australia’s leading independent real estate website.
