Pulman Seat and Cupra Sunderland has been named Retailer of the Year 2025, the highest accolade awarded across the brand’s UK network.
The Sunderland site was selected as the top performer from 69 retailers nationwide, recognising its performance across new car sales, used car sales and aftersales.
Top spot across UK
The award is based on a national scorecard monitored throughout the year, with a focus on overall business performance rather than sales volume alone.
After finishing fourth in 2024, the retailer improved its performance to secure the top position in 2025, underpinned by its focus on customer experience and family business values.
Focus on experience
Collecting the award at Casa Seat in Barcelona, Michael Lines, managing director at Pulman Group, commented: “We are incredibly proud to be named Retailer of the Year. Having represented the SEAT brand since 2010 and CUPRA since 2018, this is a testament to the dedication of our entire team.

The retailer said it now preparing for further growth in 2026, with the arrival of the all-electric Cupra Raval expected to strengthen its electrified offering.
