Independent car retailer Lloyd Motor Group has opened its new Lloyd Select used vehicle dealership in Newcastle after acquiring the Scotswood Road site last year.
Lloyd Select is a new offering within Lloyd Motor Group’s used car operations, realigning the group’s focus on premium German marques.
Lloyd Select aims to perfect the used car buying experience and be a one-stop car buying destination either on site or via lloydmotorgroup.com with a personalised and straight-forward experience.
Lloyd Newcastle’s head of business David Stuart said: “The whole team at Lloyd Newcastle are thrilled to have opened the doors to our new dealership, as well as introduce the Lloyd Select used vehicle scheme, featuring an exhaustive 97-point inspection process.”

The Lloyd Select scheme provides benefits that include a 12-month warranty, 12-month breakdown assistance, an up-to-date MOT with £500 MOT insurance, a 97-point inspection.
Starting its journey with one BMW retailer in Cumbria in 1976, the family-owned company has now grown to employ over 1,300 people across more than 30 locations throughout the north of England and Scottish Borders.
The new Lloyd Select Newcastle dealership joins its sister sites in the area: Lloyd BMW Newcastle, Lloyd MINI Newcastle, and Lloyd Bodyshop Newcastle.
