TekCor4 will show car dealers how predictive data and artificial intelligence (AI) can improve aftersales decision-making and return on investment at Automotive Management Live.

The automotive technology company will examine how dealers can forecast demand, identify the right opportunities among current and prospective customers and move towards more proactive aftersales activity.

The session will feature Jacob Sullivan, TekCor4’s newly appointed chief operating officer (pictured left), alongside Charlotte Murray, director of Marketing Delivery, and Jeremy Evans, director of marketing services.

It will take place at Automotive Management Live at the NEC Birmingham on Wednesday, November 11.

Sullivan will draw on his experience developing TekCor4’s Catalyst for Aftersales product, now known as VoiceBox Predictions, as the company prepares to launch another aftersales-focused solution later this month.

He was previously TekCor4’s chief product and technology officer and will now oversee its day-to-day operations and product deployment.

Before joining the business, Sullivan was chief product officer at Faculty AI and spent three years at Amazon Web Services as head of product for its AI DevOps group.

Quality of support for dealers has never been more important

Sullivan said: “The motor retail sector is undergoing a period of radical, tech-driven transformation, so the quality of support they get from suppliers has never been more important.

“VoiceBox CXP represents the start of a new era for TekCor4, and we have a plan to introduce a number of new tools to enable more retailers address operational challenges and opportunities. It’s going to be a busy period ahead.”

His promotion follows TekCor4’s acquisition of Marketing Delivery last year and the subsequent integration of the two businesses.

Alex Rimmer, chief executive of TekCor4, said: “Jacob has been indispensable in evolving our product set and scaling our operations following the acquisition of Marketing Delivery last year. The integration of teams and technologies across the two businesses has ensured we are even better placed to help OEMs and retailers maximise customer value through the ownership cycle. Jacob will now oversee our expanded team and accelerate our product rollouts.”

TekCor4 said its technology is used by more than 2,000 UK car dealers to manage sales and aftersales customer engagement.

Its core marketing automation product is the VoiceBox Customer Experience Platform, which uses artificial intelligence to manage digital communications across sales and aftersales.
