CarSupermarket.com opens its first South West dealership in Bristol today, taking its UK network to 12 locations.

The Bath Road site will combine cars available to view locally with access to thousands of vehicles held in the retailer’s nationwide stock.

Customers will be able to receive face-to-face support with vehicle selection, part exchange valuations and finance options.

Bristol opening extends UK network

Matt Barrick, chief executive of CarSupermarket.com, said: “Opening in Bristol brings CarSupermarket.com closer to customers across the South West and marks an important step in the growth of our store network.

“People value the choice and convenience of shopping online, but when they are making a purchase as important as a car, many still want to come to a store to ask questions and speak to someone face to face.

“Our Bristol store brings those two experiences together, giving customers local support and collection alongside access to thousands of cars nationwide.

“Whichever car they choose, our Reconditioned Promise gives them confidence in how it has been prepared and the support that comes with it.”

The new opening comes just months after the company conducted a rebranding exercise.

Reconditioning and warranty underpin offer

Every car sold by the business comes with an HPI check, test drive and 159-point inspection covering the interior, exterior, engine, brakes, tyres and other critical components.

Vehicles also come with a recent service, at least six months’ MOT and a minimum 12-month warranty.

CarSupermarket.com is the trading brand of Motor Depot and it offers a 30-day money-back guarantee, allowing eligible customers to cover up to 1,000 miles before returning a vehicle, subject to terms and conditions.

Its Lowest Price Guarantee also offers to refund the difference if a customer finds an eligible like-for-like car advertised for less elsewhere.

The new store is at 809 Bath Road, opposite Brislington Retail Park. It will open Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 7pm, Saturday from 8.30am to 5.30pm and Sunday from 10.30am to 4.30pm.

CarSupermarket.com is part of Aramis Group, which operates used car dealerships in six European countries under the brands AramisAuto, BrumBrum, Cardoen, CarSupermarket, Clicars and Onlinecars.

Stellantis is a majority shareholder of Aramis Group.
