The expanded exhibition reflects the event’s growing reputation as the place where the automotive retail industry comes together, with dealer group leaders, car manufacturers, technology providers and suppliers sharing ideas, launching innovations and building new business relationships.
Autoflows will headline the event as premium sponsor.
Numerous leading industry partners will be exhibiting, including Bumper, Pinewood, CitNOW Group, Payment Assist, TekCor4 and Autoglym.
Further exhibitors, sponsors and partners will be announced over the coming months, but 70% of the floor space has been sold already four months out from the event.

Bigger than ever, driven by industry support
The growth of Automotive Management Live mirrors the pace of change across the automotive retail sector.
As dealerships continue to adapt to new technologies, evolving customer expectations and increasing operational complexity, the event has become a place to discover practical solutions, hear from industry leaders and connect with businesses helping to shape the future of motor retail.
The exhibition is set to be the largest in the event’s history, bringing together more than 100 exhibitors covering every aspect of dealership operations, from sales, marketing and customer experience to aftersales, finance, technology and workshop management.
Alongside many of the sector’s best-known suppliers, visitors can also expect to discover innovative businesses and emerging automotive brands looking to engage with UK retailers.
Last year’s event saw several manufacturers use Automotive Management Live as a platform to strengthen their presence in the UK market, underlining the show’s growing reputation as an important launchpad for new ideas and new partnerships.

Practical insight from those leading change
Beyond the exhibition, the conference programme is already taking shape, with more than 20 speakers confirmed and further announcements to come.
Across three theatres, this year’s sessions will explore how successful dealerships are responding to one of the most transformative periods the industry has faced.
Discussions will examine the practical realities of improving profitability, embracing new technology, strengthening customer relationships and building resilient businesses, while also looking ahead to the trends and opportunities shaping the future of automotive retail.
Topics will span everything from AI, data and digital transformation to aftersales, used car performance, marketing, workplace culture and helping customers navigate an increasingly diverse mix of petrol, hybrid and electric vehicles.
As always, the emphasis will be on practical insight, real-world experience and ideas that delegates can take back and apply in their own businesses.
The full agenda and speaker line-up will be announced later this year.
First headline session revealed

One of the first keynote discussions to be confirmed will feature Group 1 Automotive UK president and chief executive Daniel McHenry alongside customer experience director Katie Martin and group director of aftersales Mike Widdup.
In an exclusive fireside discussion, they will examine how aftersales has helped drive growth and profitability following the integration of the former Inchcape UK dealerships.
The session will also explore customer retention, operational efficiency and the role of service excellence in delivering long-term business performance.
With more than 100 exhibitors and over 50 speakers expected across the day, Automotive Management Live 2026 is shaping up to be its largest and most ambitious edition yet.
Whether delegates are looking for fresh ideas, practical solutions, new business partners or simply the opportunity to spend time with peers from across the industry, the event continues to offer a unique opportunity to step away from the day-to-day and focus on what comes next for automotive retail.
Registration will open soon, with further exhibitor, sponsor and speaker announcements to follow in the lead-up to the event.
