Audi has updated the Q4 e-tron for 2026 with a revised model structure, upgraded electric drivetrains and a reworked interior.
The refreshed model, which is Audi’s most popular EV, goes on sale in June, priced from £46,260, with first deliveries expected later this year.
The range adopts Audi’s latest naming structure, with Q4 e-tron, Performance and Performance Quattro variants denoting powertrain. Trim levels include Sport, S line, Black Edition and Vorsprung.
Entry-level models use a 63kWh battery paired with a 204PS motor, while Performance versions feature an 82kWh battery and a 286PS motor. The Performance Quattro combines the larger battery with a twin-motor setup producing 340PS.
WLTP range figures are yet to be confirmed, but Audi said all variants benefit from an uplift of around 20 miles. The Performance model is targeting up to 367 miles.

Charging capability has also been improved, with maximum DC charging increased from 175kW to 185kW. Audi said some variants can charge from 10% to 80% in around 27 minutes.
The Q4 e-tron is the first Audi model to offer bidirectional charging. Vehicle-to-Load functionality allows the car to power external devices via a domestic socket in the boot or an optional adapter.
Exterior changes are limited, but the interior has been more extensively updated. The infotainment system is now integrated with the digital instrument cluster, and a dual-device wireless charging tray has been added. An optional third screen is also available for passengers.
Lighting technology has been upgraded with new digital light signatures and OLED rear lights.
The Q4 e-tron retains a 520-litre boot and a focus on interior space, while material quality has been improved.
Further specification and confirmed range data will be released closer to launch.
