Dealer group Waylands has recognised its highest-performing dealerships and workers at its annual awards event.
The ceremony was held to recognise Waylands’ top-performing dealerships and employees across the areas of sales, aftersales, customer experience and operational excellence.
Among the prizes handed out was Dealership Management Team of the Year, presented to Volvo Oxford in recognition of its new and used vehicle performance, market share growth and customer satisfaction scores. The dealership was also recently named as Volvo’s National Retailer of the Year.

Individual awards recognised those from sales, service and parts departments who delivered consistent results, strong compliance standards and a commitment to customer service, as well as those who went above and beyond for customers and colleagues.
Waylands operates dealers selling Volvo, Polestar, Kia, Honda, MG, Omoda and Jaecoo cars across 16 sites.
