Warranty Solutions Group has strengthened its senior management team with a series of promotions and appointments as it continues to expand across dealer, OEM, corporate and direct to consumer channels.
The business said the changes reflect sustained double digit growth and increasing demand for data led aftersales solutions.
The leadership updates include the promotion of Josh Connor to field sales director and Phil Miskelly-Wise to OEM and corporate sales director.
Richard Gonzalez joins as corporate sales director, while Hayley Bergman has been appointed head of direct consumer sales.
Miskelly-Wise has been instrumental in developing strategic OEM and corporate partnerships, helping to expand WSG’s national presence.
The company said his promotion reflects his contribution to sustained commercial growth and corporate strategy development.
Connor moves into the field sales director role after leading WSG’s field sales operation.
The business said he has built “high-performing teams and long-term dealer relationships focused on profitability and customer experience”.
Gonzalez joins from GardX International, where he held senior roles including director of sales and deputy head of sales.
He previously held senior management roles within dealer groups, giving him experience across both retail and corporate automotive environments.
Bergman joins from Aston Barclay Vehicle Remarketing, where she was head of buyer experience.
She previously spent almost a decade in senior sales and customer services roles within Vauxhall and the Network Q remarketing network.
