TrustFord has transformed its employee engagement and communication largely through Manchester-based Engage’s colleague engagement platform.
TrustFord said it has now achieved 100% active engagement among its 3,000 employees across 68 locations, marking a significant milestone in operational efficiency and workforce connectivity.
Before adopting Engage’s platform, nearly half of TrustFord’s employees lacked direct digital access. The new technology, accessible on both mobile and desktop devices, has bridged this gap, enabling real-time communication, fostering collaboration, and empowering employees to voice concerns or ask questions regardless of their location or role.
Sharon Ashcroft, group HR director at TrustFord, commenting on the platform’s impact, said: “Our company ambition is to invest and innovate in a changing world, and with Engage we are achieving exactly that. The platform has been a critical asset in keeping our teams informed, engaged, and happy. It’s been an absolute gamechanger for us, delivering outcomes we could have never imagined.”
Engage’s platform has replaced traditional communication methods, ensuring every employee receives vital company updates and information seamlessly which has not only strengthened internal communication but also fostered a sense of community within the workforce.
Phil Wedgwood, CEO of Engage, highlighted the broader implications of the collaboration: “TrustFord’s success and the transformation they’ve achieved demonstrates the true power of seamless communication and engagement technology. We’re setting a new standard for how businesses can connect with their teams, both during times of crisis and in everyday operations, to create thriving colleague communities.”
