Time Sync Hub Modules Produce Highly Accurate Time Reference Signals From: Trystar

TRYSTAR (Faribault, MN) announced the release of the Time Sync Hub (Models TSH-100 / TSH-200), the latest addition to Trystar’s Data Center product line-up, which includes the SER-32e Sequence of Events Recorder.

Features:

  • Provides time synchronization for power system devices such as Sequence of Events Recorders (SERs), power meters, protective relays, transfer switches, UPS’s, PLC’s and other devices used across power distribution system
  • Receives time input over Ethernet network using PTP (Precision Time Protocol) or NTP (Network Time Protocol) to provide accurate time and date information essential for time synchronization
  • Output highly accurate time reference signals using standard time protocols (PTP, NTP, IRIG-B, DCF77, 1per10, PPS, ASCII)  throughout substation, campus or entire enterprise
  • TSH-200 adds ability to receive time input from Global Navigational Satellite System (GNSS) via bullet-style GPS antenna and time input from standard time protocols (IRIG-B, DCF77)
