Family-run Taylors Service Centres has opened the UK’s first Renault Excellence Hub at its Great Dunmow site.
The new facility is designed to provide rapid warranty repairs for Renault customers, with loan vehicles available to minimise disruption.
The business said the hub sets a new benchmark for aftersales support outside the franchised dealer network.
The launch was attended by senior figures from Renault UK, including managing director Adam Wood, aftersales director Mathieu Mignon, head of aftersales Paul Anderson and aftersales area manager Ian Pritchard.
The group toured the site before Wood officially opened the hub.
The Excellence Hub will focus on fast-turnaround warranty work carried out by Taylors’ technicians. Loan vehicles will be available for customers during repairs.
Taylor’s Service Centres has more than 30 years’ experience in vehicle servicing and repair and is the largest independent all-vehicle service centre in North Essex.
The business offers intermediate and main servicing, fixed-price menu servicing, and free visual health checks.
In addition to Renault, Taylors is accredited by Range Rover, Land Rover and Jaguar.
The company said its approach combines family ownership with technical capability and a focus on customer satisfaction.
Jeremy Taylor, managing director of Taylors Service Centres, said: “As a family-run business, it’s incredibly exciting to open the UK’s first and truly one of a kind Renault Excellence Hub.
“This milestone reflects over 30 years of dedication from our team, and it allows us to offer an unrivalled level of service to our customers.
“We’re proud to continue our partnership with Renault and set a new standard for excellence in customer service and vehicle care.”
Taylors Service Centres is based on the Chelmsford Road Industrial Estate in Great Dunmow, Essex, and has operated in the region for more than three decades.
