Stratstone Ferrari Manchester is preparing to open its doors to aspiring technicians as part of a nationwide apprentice initiative across Ferrari’s 15 official UK dealerships.

The dealership will stage a dedicated Apprentice Event on March 5, aligned with National Careers Week, giving attendees the opportunity to explore career pathways within the brand’s aftersales operations.

Job offers will be available as part of the event.

Visitors will meet members of the Ferrari Manchester team, tour the workshop and gain hands on experience with engines and specialist equipment. The dealership will also outline the structure and benefits of its apprenticeship programme.

The event is designed to showcase technical standards and progression opportunities within Ferrari’s UK retail network, with current Stratstone associates sharing their experiences of training and career development.

Opening doors and showcasing automotive careers

Paul Carroll, aftersales manager at Ferrari Manchester, said: “This event is about opening doors and showing young people that a career in automotive can be both rewarding and aspirational.

“Working with Ferrari requires dedication, precision and a genuine passion for engineering excellence.

“Our apprenticeship programme is designed to nurture that passion and provide structured, hands-on training within a world-class environment.

“Stratstone is proud to invest in future talent and to offer a pathway into a brand that represents the very best of automotive performance.”

Jamie Purcell, a former Ferrari Manchester apprentice who is now a technician within the network, said: “During my apprenticeships I learned more and more every day from highly skilled professionals who set the standard for quality and performance.

“This experience not only strengthened my technical abilities but also taught me the importance of discipline, teamwork, and attention to detail.”
