Stellantis has reshuffled its global management structure after Carlos Tavares quit as chief executive at the end of 2024.

Linda Jackson has made the decision to retire, with Alain Favey appointed to take over to lead the Peugeot brand.

Meanwhile Bob Broderdorf has been appointed to lead the Jeep brand, while Xavier Peugeot will lead DS Automobiles.

Anne Abboud has also been appointed to lead Stellantis Pro One commercial vehicles unit.

Antonio Filosa, North America chief operating officer, now takes on the additional responsibility for global leadership of quality.

Stellantis has created a new marketing office as part of these changes, led by Olivier François, regrouping the brand marketers “to better support the brands, in particular through its advertising, global events and sponsorships”.

Stellantis chairman John Elkann said: “Building on the changes made in December, today’s announcements will further simplify our organization and increase our local agility and rigor of execution.

“We look forward to driving growth by providing our customers with an even larger choice of great combustion, hybrid and electric vehicles.”

Stellantis said the process to appoint a successor to Tavares is “well underway” and is expected to be concluded before the end of June.
