Saltmarine Cars has capped a record 2025 by being named Sales Retailer of the Year at the Hyundai Retailer Awards, highlighting its strong sales performance and sustained growth.
The accolade, awarded from a network of 161 Hyundai retailers across the UK, marks the standout moment in a year that also delivered numerous national award wins for the business.
Hyundai honours performance
The Hyundai recognition follows a sustained period of momentum for Saltmarine, underpinned by growth in its used car operation and continued investment in digital and marketing capabilities.
Earlier in the year, the business secured multiple wins at an industry title’s awards, including recognition for digital innovation, marketing activity and fastest growing used car dealer for large enterprises. The latter marked a second consecutive win, reinforcing the pace of expansion achieved by the group.
Saltmarine was also recognised as Used Car Dealer of the Year for retailers selling more than 100 vehicles annually, placing it among the UK’s leading independent automotive retailers.
Awards reflect growth strategy

Used car centre manager Colin Hutton added: “To be recognised as the Fastest Growing Used Car Dealer for the second time in two years is a fantastic achievement and one that means a great deal to everyone involved in our Used Car Centre. It recognises the hard work of our team, our emphasis on supplying the right cars with high levels of customer service, and the continued growth we are achieving as a business.”
