RCM Saga has acquired Motus Truck and Van, the Mercedes-Benz Truck and Van division of the AM100’s Motus Group (UK), for an undisclosed sum.
The French dealership group entered the UK market with the acquisition of Sparshatt Truck and Van in Kent, last year.
This latest acquisition is in line with its strategic growth ambitions, with Saga becoming one of the largest partners of Mercedes-Benz Vans, Mercedes-Benz Trucks and Fuso.
