Porsche Retail Group (PRG), the wholly-owned retail arm of Porsche Cars Great Britain (PCGB), is to acquire Porsche Centre East London and Porsche Centre South London from Lithia UK.

The move, pending regulatory approval, is expected to be finalised in early 2025, growing PRG’s network to seven Porsche Centres in the Greater London metropolitan area.

This acquisition will add the two dealerships to PRG’s existing portfolio, which includes Porsche Centres in Mayfair, West London, Hatfield, Guildford, and Reading.

Adam Flint, managing director of Porsche Retail Group, commenting on the expansion, said: “We are excited about the opportunity to grow our network and continue delivering exceptional service to our customers. We look forward to welcoming our new colleagues to the Porsche Retail Group family.”

The acquisition reinforces Porsche’s strategy to create world-class retail destinations that integrate physical and digital experiences. The centres will focus on a personalized customer journey, leveraging cutting-edge retail formats to elevate the overall Porsche experience.

Krishan Bodhani, CEO of Porsche Cars Great Britain, added: “London is an exciting global megacity, and we look forward to further developing the Porsche brand representation and customer experience in this important market. This acquisition supports our strategic goals while maintaining a strong partnership with Lithia for future growth opportunities.”
