Peter Vardy, chief executive at the AM100 retail group of the same name, will share how his business is implementing artificial intelligence (AI) systems across the group as part of Automotive Management Live.
The event for car dealers, held on November 13 at the National Exhibition Centre (NEC) near Birmingham, is a combination of an exhibition and a conference, and its seminar content will feature over 30 speakers and features in four dedicated Digital & Technology, Sales, Aftersales and Strategy theatres.
Vardy will be joined by Sophie Birshan, Google’s head of industry for automotive, as well as Johan Sundstrand, chief and co-founder at Swedish AI video specialist Phyron, which is also the premium sponsor for the show.
Birshan (pictured) will give an overview of AI and automation with Google’s experience across the wider automotive industry, while Sustrand will explore more specific automotive retail use cases.
Vardy will go into detail about how the 13-site dealer group is using AI systems day to day, the impacts its having on efficiency and customer service, as well as thoughts on how he sees the technology evolving for dealer teams and customers alike.
