Pentagon Motor Group has expanded its presence in Nottingham by introducing Cupra sales and support alongside Seat at its newly completed Chilwell dealership.
Dave White, brand director at Pentagon, commenting on the strategic move, said: “We’ve had a great experience with the Seat brand at our Huddersfield site since late 2020, and the opportunity to bring both Seat and Cupra together in a single, state-of-the-art facility on the edge of Nottingham made perfect sense – for Seat /Cupra and for our Pentagon team.”
“Nottingham was an open point for Cupra, and we were eager to seize the opportunity to integrate it within our new site,” White added.
He reported that early signs are promising, with strong interest and positive customer feedback on both the showroom and the brands.
The Chilwell location provides dedicated sales areas for each marque, while service and parts are handled by a shared multi-brand team.
“It’s been fascinating, even in these early days, to see the distinct but slightly overlapping customer profiles for each brand,” White noted. “The Cupra name has certainly brought new levels of interest, and customers initially drawn to one brand often find themselves exploring the other.”
