The National Franchised Dealers Association (NFDA) and Marketing Delivery will both be available to chat with delegates at Automotive Management Live about proactive customer communication strategies.

The NFDA and Marketing Delivery will both have stands at the one day modern automotive retailing exhibition and seminar show at the NEC on November 13.

Attendance to Automotive Management Live is free of charge for dealers and OEMs who register in advance.

Both organisations have recently partnered to offer Marketing Delivery’s VoiceBox software to support proactive and reactive communications with existing and prospective NFDA members.

The NFDA is the first trade membership organisation to introduce Marketing Delivery’s VoiceBox marketing automation platform to manage outbound campaigns.

The in-house NFDA team will be able to use VoiceBox to build, customise, and trigger email campaigns and manage the distribution of its weekly newsletters via a single interface that includes a comprehensive reporting functionality.

Symon Cook, head of operations and member services at the NFDA, said: “Marketing Delivery is already helping many of our members engage more effectively with digital-savvy car buyers, and it’s appropriate we keep pace through our own communication efforts.

“It’s great that we can fully manage the system ourselves, while knowing that Marketing Delivery will always be on hand should we need guidance on process and best practice.”

Being able to keep data lists up to date is one of the most challenging areas of email marketing.

VoiceBox will automatically update the NFDA’s data sets should recipients unsubscribe from communications.

Furthermore, the VoiceBox platform enables users to manage, and segment lists accordingly.

Charlotte Murray, commercial director at Marketing Delivery, added: “Over the past year, we have enhanced VoiceBox to accommodate the needs of non-retail businesses within the automotive sector, and it’s encouraging that the system has fitted the critical requirements of the NFDA so well.

“We’re looking forward to seeing how the Association makes the most of this automated communications technology over the coming months.”

  • The NFDA can be found in Hall 10 at stand P36, while Marketing Delivery can be found at stand B40.
