Nexbotix acquires E-Automation to accelerate AI innovation

AI-powered business process automation provider Nexbotix has acquired consultancy E-Automation in a bid to deepen its presence in the automotive services sectors.

The acquisition represents a combined customer base which includes Arnold Clark, Mon Motors, Startin Group and Brayleys.

E-Automation’s clients will gain access to Nexbotix’s intelligent automation platform, including its advanced AI solutions and managed services. These tools are designed to automate and streamline critical, high-volume functions such as sales administration, invoicing, compliance, finance operations, and data processing.

Key areas of focus include streamlining dealership operations across sales, aftersales, finance, and compliance.
