Lexus highlights its Centre of Excellence top performers

Steven Eagell Lexus Cambridge and RRG Group have won top prizes as part of the Japanese brand’s annual Lexus Centre of Excellence awards

The awards recognise exceptional performance from Lexus Centres across the country in categories such as new and used car sales, marketing, fleet and business sales and omotenashi (hospitality).

Lexus Cambridge won “due to its focus on the customer experience, balanced with achieving sales targets and driving profits”.

A previous Centre of Excellence award winner over the last three years, it also excels in new and used car sales, aftersales, and insurance products.

It also won the Lexus Omotenashi award for hospitality.
