Kia UK has announced the winners of its 2025 Dealer Excellence Awards at its National Dealer Conference in Liverpool.

More than 1,000 dealer staff attended the event, where Kia also set out its business focus for the year ahead under the theme “Shaping our Future”.

The conference reviewed the brand’s UK performance over the past 12 months and recognised top-performing retailers across its 190-strong dealer network.

EMG Kia Cambridge wins top prize

EMG Kia Cambridge was named overall 2025 Dealer of the Year and also secured the EV Excellence Award.

The retailer had finished second overall in the 2024 awards and was highly commended in the Sales Excellence, Aftersales Excellence and Customer Experience categories this year.

Joint second place in the Dealer of the Year category was awarded to EMG Kia Ely and Mantles Kia Royston.

EMG Kia Ely also won the Aftersales Excellence Award.

Mantles Kia Royston was the outright Dealer of the Year winner in 2024, having previously secured three of the four main category awards.

The Sales Excellence Award was presented to Shelly Motors Kia Epsom, following its highly commended result in the same category last year.

The Customer Experience Award was jointly awarded to Gravells Kia Hereford and Ken Jervis Kia in Stoke-on-Trent.

Gravells Kia Hereford previously won the same award in 2023, while Ken Jervis Kia has won it multiple times in past years, including 2022, 2021 and 2020.

Kia poised for greater milestones in 2026

Paul Philpott, president and chief executive officer of Kia UK, said: “I would like to say a very big thank you to all our partners for their continued commitment and investment in Kia, for their hard work, and for their partnership, without which Kia would not have achieved another year of record results in 2025.

“On behalf of all at Kia, our heartfelt congratulations go to all this year’s Dealer Excellence Award winners, who have each showed exceptional performance and consistency across their businesses.

“As we celebrate these achievements, we will continue to shape our future and remain focused on the opportunities and challenges that lay ahead.

“With the strength of our dealer partnerships, and the support of our expanding model line-up, we can be confident that 2026 will be another pivotal year for Kia.

“With a clear strategy and the continued dedication of our network, I’m confident we will reach even greater milestones together.”

Kia ended 2025 as the UK’s fourth most popular car brand with a 5.6% market share, registering 113,436 vehicles.

The Korean manufacturer said it expects further growth in 2026, supported by new and updated models and the continued rollout of its dealer strategy.
