Keyloop has appointed Jonathan Williamson to the newly created role of chief delivery officer as the automotive retail platform looks to strengthen customer implementations, accelerate adoption and maximise value for dealers.
Williamson will oversee the delivery of customer implementations while supporting the company’s continued growth.
He brings more than 20 years of experience in high-growth software-as-a-service (SaaS) businesses, with a track record of leading teams focused on achieving strong customer outcomes.
Most recently, Williamson served as VP of global professional services at The Access Group, where he led a global workforce of more than 1,100 employees across 22 divisions.
In that role, he oversaw more than 5,000 go-lives annually while driving improvements in customer product adoption and value realisation.
Tom Kilroy, CEO, Keyloop, said: “Jonathan’s experience in scaling customer-centric services teams globally aligns perfectly with our strategic priorities as we deliver the Fusion Automotive Retail Platform to our global customer base.”
Williamson said the new role highlights the company’s focus on delivering projects effectively and ensuring customers quickly realise value from Keyloop’s technology.
“The creation of this role reflects Keyloop’s focus on project delivery excellence and rapid customer outcomes – more crucial than ever for meeting the demand for the Fusion Platform.
“The business is positioned to deliver exceptional customer value and continue its strong growth trajectory. I’m looking forward to meeting our teams and customers, and helping make this vision a reality.”
Keyloop serves more than 20,000 retailers and over 80 OEMs across more than 90 countries worldwide.
Its Fusion Automotive Retail Platform (ARP) is designed to optimise the entire vehicle sales and ownership journey by drawing on data held within Fusion’s Active Data Core, which provides a single comprehensive record of customer interactions and transactions.
