How diversity and inclusion permeates the levels of award-winner TrustFord

After previously winning the AM Award for Leader in Diversity and Inclusion TrustFord once again took to the stage in 2024 to collect the trophy for the third successive year.

Its submission to the awards judging panel showed TrustFord is going from strength to strength, evidence of a laudable commitment to pursue its mission to be an outstanding employer.

The judges were particularly impressed with its 2024 objectives to go that extra mile in enhancing diversity and inclusivity and its well-being initiatives, spearheaded by its board of directors including HR director Sharon Ashcroft (pictured) and chief executive Stuart Mustoe.

Its efforts span a whole range of actions to ensure its reach across the whole of its workforce regardless of stage in life.

These include making improvements to its early careers strategy to attract and retain a diverse group of professionals at the start of their working life at the same time as investing resources to become a menopause-friendly employer.
