Halfords has now completed 50 upgrades across its garage network with its Chorley location the latest to feature a capacity boost and refocus on customer experience.
The upgraded site is part of a new concept being rolled out across the country, focused on providing a better customer experience through improved availability, modernised facilities, and an investment in colleagues.
This includes the introduction of a dedicated customer and workshop manager at each site.
The company said the new structure can help to speed up teams’ ability to solve car-related worries “quickly and effectively”.
Adam Pay, garages at Halfords managing director, said: “We’re proud to be bringing our 50th upgraded garage to Chorley this milestone reflects our ambition to transform the car care experience across the UK.
“These new-look sites are about delivering speed, convenience, and reassurance for customers, backed by a brilliant team of experts and a refreshed environment that puts service first.”
To celebrate the 50th garage refurbishment re-opening, the Chorley garage is giving away a free goody bag to the first 50 customers.
Local customers can also take advantage of 10% off services, repairs and two or more tyres.
