EMaC and Keyloop have announced the first phase of a new partnership starting this month.
Retailers selling EMaC service plans and using Keyloop’s dealer management system (DMS), can now automatically link customer records with existing service plans, removing the need to access different platforms.
The integration also includes Keyloop’s online service booking facility.
Customers with EMaC service plans will now be automatically recognised when they make a booking, which both companies said will boost efficiency.
Liam Finney, EMaC’s director of commercial partnerships, said this is the first phase of a joint integration strategy, with further phases between the two companies due to be announced over the course of 2025.
Sebastien Fabri, partner director at Keyloop, said: “Dealers using Keyloop’s DMS will now be able to provide a more seamless journey benefiting both EMaC service plan customers and dealers.
“The integration removes the need for service advisors to manually navigate between systems to align records, and consequently reduces the retailer’s operational overheads.”
