Dirac Inc. (New York, NY) announced Operator+ and the Runs Dashboard, two new additions to its BuildOS platform designed to connect the shop floor with engineering.
Operator+ allows operators to complete digital instructions while capturing real-time performance data and submitting feedback. The Runs Dashboard enables engineers and supervisors to review performance metrics and feedback from the shop floor in one place.
Features:
- Enables operators to log cycle times, errors, suggestions and work notes while following instructions
- Collects timing data automatically for each instruction step
- Allows traceability through fields such as serial numbers, work orders and lot numbers
- Displays performance metrics, such as total and average build times
- Highlights abnormalities in run time for individual builds
- Offers filters to analyze data by instruction, revision or operator
- Shows step-level details including torque values, calibration data and non-conformances
- Allows supervisors to review operator suggestions and revise instructions accordingly
- Supports feedback logging during runs with pause and undo capabilities
- Connects traceability data directly to production runs
Operator+ and the Runs Dashboard are suitable for manufacturing operations seeking to integrate instruction workflows with real-time production monitoring and continuous improvement.
