Autofinity to launch ViSOURCE wholesale stock solution at Automotive Management Live

Autofinity will unveil its latest product ViSOURCE, which streamlines dealer used car buying from vendors, as part of its stand at next week’s Automotive Management Live on November 13.

ViSOURCE aggregates wholesale vendor stock and information to provide used car buyers with an extensive view of the market.

ViHUB enables automotive retailers to pool vehicle data and automatically populate online marketplaces as well as better manage stock with up-to-date inventory details. The addition of ViSOURCE takes Autofinity’s vision of one platform providing oversight of each vehicle from source to sale even closer.

The team will provide details of ViSOURCE as well as its other products and service on its stand C24 at AM’s annual event at Birmingham’s NEC.

CEO Andy Whitehair (pictured left) said: “Used car buyers within franchised and independent retailers source used cars from a variety of vendors each operating their own platforms with their own page displays, descriptions and rating systems. ViSOURCE has been designed to aggregate all this data into one system making it easy to compare vehicles, prices, spec and condition.

“Retailers can very quickly understand pricing, desirability and potential margin to make the trade purchase process far more streamlined, efficient and cost effective.

“Currently, used car buyers who want to compare vehicles for sale with different vendors are reliant on downloading information and putting everything into spreadsheets because different vendor systems understandably are not integrated.”

Further integration with Auto Trader Connect means its desirability index is overlayed on each vehicle to help used car buyers more readily select the best vehicles at the right price for their forecourts.

Autofinity applied its wide-reaching learnings from aggregating vehicle data of cars in stock to provide ‘a single view of the truth’ to the wholesale market.

The latest development is a further step on Autofinity’s journey as it continues to increase partnerships and enhance integrations to enable retailers to consolidate even more daily operations in one system improving efficiencies, saving time and ultimately, boosting profits.

Whitehair added: “One of the most time-consuming tasks at every level in a car dealership is switching through tabs or scrolling through information contained in disconnected platforms. ViSOURCE is another tool to overcome the daily issues of multiple systems dealers require sometimes to just undertake what should be a relatively straightforward task for seasoned used car buyers – selecting and buying the best product at the most competitive price.”

Autofinity now counts 50+ integrations in its retail platform across industry systems including Auto Trader Connect, Carwow, Heycar and major DMS providers and it is continually growing its partnerships with over 50 manufacturers, marketing agencies and third-party portals.

Whitehair will also host Autofinity’s sponsored session ‘the five essentials of good stock management’ at 14.30 in theatre 4 at the event where he will be joined by automotive retailer guests for what promises to be a lively and insightful debate.
