Arbury Motor Group has seen multiple sites recognised with Reputation’s Industry Leader Award, underlining the group’s focus on customer experience and digital reputation management.

Reputation provides AI-driven tools that help businesses monitor and manage their online presence, analysing customer feedback to deliver insights that support service improvements and growth.

The Industry Leader Award highlights businesses that place the voice of the customer at the centre of decision-making, measuring brands against sector standards for customer experience and digital presence.

The scoring framework includes review sentiment, response rates, listing accuracy, search visibility and overall brand reach across digital channels.
