Click Dealer has embedded Signable’s electronic signature technology into ClickDMS, enabling dealerships to send, sign and manage sales documentation without leaving their dealer management system.
The integration is intended to reduce manual administration and remove the need for paper forms, email attachments or a separate signing platform. Documents covered by the system include sales orders, test drive agreements, invoices and vehicle handover forms.
Customers can sign documents remotely using different devices, with completed paperwork automatically stored within the DMS. Tracking, verification and time stamped audit trails are designed to give dealerships greater visibility over outstanding documents and support compliance.
Documents stay inside DMS
Click Dealer said the launch followed sustained demand from its customers for an integrated electronic signature function.
Its ClickDMS platform is used by more than 1,800 UK dealerships and combines stock management, automotive finance, digital retailing, websites and marketing functions.

Dealers want fewer systems
The partnership comes as dealers seek to simplify technology stacks that can require employees to move between multiple platforms during a vehicle sale.
