Telegraph Media Group has launched a free car management service with MotorEasy, giving readers access to servicing, MOT and repair bookings.

Car Manager, launched on September 7, connects users to MotorEasy’s network of more than 10,000 workshops and garage partners.

The service combines maintenance and renewal reminders with digital document storage, repair support and access to warranty and protection products.

It also offers member rates on servicing and MOTs, alongside partner offers including leasing deals from Select Car Leasing.

Servicing and repair management

Users can receive reminders for MOTs, servicing, vehicle tax, insurance renewals and recalls, and book maintenance through MotorEasy’s garage network.

Receipts and other documents are automatically stored to help build a vehicle’s service history.

A Digital Garage and Digital Logbook also allow users to retain insurance certificates, workshop receipts and other vehicle records.

The platform provides repair management and access to MotorEasy engineers, who can explain faults and review quotations before customers authorise work.

MotorEasy can also check repair estimates, labour times and invoices.

Other features include vehicle history checks and valuations, which MotorEasy describes as AI-powered and tailored to whether a user is buying, selling or monitoring the value of their car.

Users can access warranty and protection products, including GAP insurance, and a rewards programme offering savings towards future maintenance and repairs.

Steve Stiles, senior director, commerce, at Telegraph Media Group, said: “Our readers trust us to provide useful information and services that can make everyday life easier and help them make better-informed decisions.

“Car ownership can be complicated and expensive.

“Car Manager will give our readers a simple way to stay on top of their motoring responsibilities, access trusted expertise and services and potentially save money throughout their car ownership journey.”
