A Coleraine dealership has been recognised as one of the highest-rated car retailers in the UK for customer experience, based on independent analysis of verified customer reviews.
Roadside Garages Kia has been ranked number one Kia dealership in Northern Ireland, second across the UK Kia network and fourth among all dealership nationwide, according to data from Reputation.
The recognition places the long-established retailer among a small group of top-performing businesses achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Reviews drove top ranking
The accolade is based entirely on customer feedback, with Reputation analysing reviews, engagement and overall experience to generate its scoring system.
Roadside Garages Kia achieved a Reputation Score of 922, reflecting consistently strong performance across sales, servicing and aftersales.
