Motors & Cazoo has strengthened its data and dealer insight capabilities with the appointment of Chris Lockley as its first director of analytics and insights.
Lockley joins the online car marketplace with extensive automotive analytics experience, having held senior leadership roles at Cinch, BCA and Jaguar Land Rover.
He joins the business from AMS, where he served as data strategy director, and has previously been recognised in the DataIQ 100 list of the most influential professionals working in data-driven businesses.
Dealer data strategy strengthened
The newly created role is designed to enhance the marketplace’s data capability and provide deeper analytics and insights for dealer partners using the Motors & Cazoo platform.

Lockley has previously worked across several major automotive and marketplace organisations, helping develop analytics strategies designed to improve commercial performance and operational efficiency.
