Pentagon Motor Group has announced a new group wide partnership with Castrol UK, appointing the brand as its exclusive supplier of lubricants across the business.
The agreement follows a review of the lubricants market and reflects Pentagon’s focus on product quality, technical standards and long-term value for customers and colleagues.
Pentagon said Castrol was selected due to its relationships with vehicle manufacturers, its ability to supply manufacturer-approved oil specifications across a multi-franchise network, and the scope of its DRIVE Programmes, which include training and professional development.
As part of the partnership, Castrol will roll out training support to Pentagon’s customer consultants and aftersales teams. The programme is designed to build technical knowledge, support customer conversations and promote a consistent experience across the group’s sites.
Castrol will also provide dedicated customer support, working with Pentagon teams on supply continuity, technical guidance and ongoing engagement.
