AI-generated content just isn’t sitting right with manufacturers, especially when it comes to researching big-ticket purchases.
According to a new report from IEN and RH Blake, AI-generated information is a growing, but cautiously trusted resource.
In the report, manufacturers weighed how much they trust these AI tools from 1 (no trust) to 10 (absolute faith).
Overall, manufacturers are still cagey on AI content. The average was about 4.5 out of 10.
Only 8.9% of respondents report having a high level of trust in AI content, and, interestingly, only one of the more than 250 manufacturers surveyed has 100% trust in everything AI tells them.
