Kia UK is rolling out new technology through Digital INNK to provide the dealer network with more accurate service and maintenance pricing data.
The initiative is aiming at helping dealerhips win more fleet business as the ViSN platform connects dealers and garages with fleet companies, enabling them to efficiently and cost-effectively place aftersales work.
The move will allow fleet customers and dealers to access Kia’s Business Service Promise data and service costs using the vehicle registration mark (VRM).
Kia said the system will enhance both the accuracy of quoting service and maintenance work, as well as speed up jobs by reducing queries and challenges.
Each job is automatically populated with the OEM-agreed-upon rates for a specific job.
Colin Lonergan, key account manager fleet & insurance, Kia UK, said: “Working with Digital INNK gives Kia another way of offering our Kia Business Service Promise servicing rates for business and fleet companies that have elected to use the Digital INNK platform to book their work into the Kia Dealer network.
“This means that fleet companies can benefit from Kia main dealer servicing for £53 per hour, along with a 10% parts discount and oil priced at £10 per litre.”
Digital INNK recently announced that spending on its platform increased by 20 times in 2024, accompanied by a 32% expansion in its network of service partners, covering the entire UK.
The data for all Kia repairers is now live on the ViSN platform.
