Vertu Motors says it will be able to boost its customer experience with the support of new technology.

It has signed a strategic partnership with Imagino, which it describes as a cutting-edge customer experience platform incorporating a composable customer data platform (CDP).

Vertu selected imagino for its flexibility in deployment and direct integration with its Amazon powered Redshift data warehouse.

Vertu found the imagino solution to have immediately delivered value through ROI and efficiency, and this would not have been possible without the “hands-on” project integration delivered from the imagino customer success team.
