The Marketing Delivery team will share exclusive qualitative and quantitative insights into car buyer behaviours and digital marketing best practices at the forthcoming Automotive Management Live 2024 on November 13 at the NEC, Birmingham.

Taking to the stage for Marketing Delivery will be Jeremy Evans, chief executive, and Charlotte Murray, commercial director.

They will be joined by Carly Keeler-Clappison, head of marketing at Ancaster Group, who will scrutinise Marketing’s Delivery’s insights and benchmarks alongside their new consumer survey findings through the lens of recent real-world experience.

Marketing Delivery’s new survey explores what consumers expect when purchasing a car from a retailer, the types of communications they want to receive from aftersales departments, and how they conduct their research before making a purchase. This consumer insight, paired with the latest results from over 500 dealerships, provides an actionable roadmap for retailers looking to enhance their customer experience.

Marketing Delivery’s Digital Session: ‘Measuring marketing success in an omnichannel world’, will start at 11.30am on November 13 at AM Live.

Marketing Delivery’s marketing automation platform, VoiceBox, enables retailers to reach the right customers at the right time to drive conversions and retention in sales and aftersales. Customers can be contacted automatically via social media, SMS or email at defined trigger points, without the need for time-hungry manual intervention from the retailer.
