Carlise dealership Armstrong Vehicle Centre is to launch the Chinese all-electric Skywell BE-11.
Launched overseas in 2020, Skywell made its UK debut earlier this year with the BE11 – a large electric SUV that will enter the segment alongside established mainstream SUV models such as the Kia Sorento and Skoda Kodiaq. With a length of 4.7m and a width of 1.9m.
IA Electric Vehicles, the official importer of Skywell vehicles to the UK, is providing a seven-year or 100,000-mile warranty. Order books for Skywell vehicles open now, with a starting price of £36,995
“We are delighted to introduce the Skywell brand to the UK market” said Nicola Robinson, business manager, at Armstrong Vehicle Centre.
“Skywell represents the future of affordable electric mobility, and we are proud to be at the forefront of this transformative journey. With Skywell, we aim to revolutionise the way people think about electric vehicles and accelerate the transition towards a zero-emission future.”
“We are excited to expand our electric vehicle portfolio with the addition of Skywell,” added Nicola Robinson. “With Skywell in our lineup, we are offering customers a range of high-quality electric vehicles to choose from, each with its own unique features and capabilities.”
IA Electric Vehicles, the UK’s first multi-brand electric vehicle distributor, earlier this year announced its plan to introduce two new Chinese brands Seres and Skywell.
Armstrong Vehicle Centre, part of the William Armstrong Group, opened the first Seres brand showroom in the UK, in Kingstown, Carlisle.
IA Electric Vehicles will display the Skywell BE11 mid-sized electric vehicle at Automotive Management Live on November 13.
