This new initiative is designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders in the manufacturing industry by providing young professionals with vital leadership skills and insights. Tailored for individuals aged 20-30, the program aims to inspire, challenge and prepare participants to become influential leaders in their fields. FABTECH will take place from October 15-17, 2024, at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, showcasing the latest industry trends, live product demonstrations and innovations.

“FABTECH’s Emerging Leaders Program is a significant step toward fostering the next wave of leaders in the manufacturing sector,” said Tracy Garcia, CEM, group director – FABTECH Series at SME. “Our aim is to provide young professionals with the skills and insights needed to drive innovation, enhance their leadership capabilities and contribute to the future success of their organizations.”

Emerging leaders will benefit from a comprehensive, three-day schedule that includes a keynote luncheon, interactive workshop, guided show floor tours and exclusive networking events. This program is designed to help attendees navigate challenging times, manage stress effectively, enhance communication and emotional intelligence, foster a positive workplace culture and sharpen public speaking skills.

For companies, the program offers substantial advantages by investing in leadership development. By supporting their employees’ growth, companies demonstrate a commitment to innovation and excellence, positioning themselves as leaders in the industry.
