Renault has unveiled its new rnlt point-of-sale concept in a bid to redefine customer engagement and brand interaction.

The rnlt concept stores will be strategically located in downtown areas and large shopping centres, ensuring optimal accessibility and maximum visibility of its new models.

Smaller than traditional showrooms, visitors will have the opportunity to explore two or three flagship Renault vehicles on display.

The French carmaker said the rnlt sites will work alongside existing traditional-scale showrooms located on the outskirts of urban areas.

It said that collaboration will ensure that city centre customers can benefit from a full range of complementary sales and aftersales services, including test drives, vehicle delivery, maintenance/repair, and more.

To launch the concept, Renault has opened its first 180 sq m showroom operated by Retail Renault Group (RRG) on 104 Boulevard Haussmann in Paris.

Staffed by Renault experts with extensive knowledge of the brand’s products and technology, the store also features a digital showroom to assist customers in finding the vehicle that best suits their needs.

In partnership with private investors, Renault said it plans to launch approximately 20 further rnlt sites in cities such as Neuilly-sur-Seine, Brussels, Milan, Rome, Rotterdam, Madrid, London, Berlin, Medellín, and Seoul.
