Automotive software specialist Mad Devs has unveiled Connect, a new retail platform designed to give dealers greater control over the sales journey, improve operational efficiency, and deliver a more seamless, customer-first experience.
Connect is a modular, scalable platform that enables retailers to digitise and enhance every step of the customer lifecycle from lead generation to aftersales care.
Each module within Connect can be deployed individually or integrated as part of a full-suite solution, allowing retailers to scale the platform at their own pace. Designed to simplify processes and streamline workflows, Connect brings together lead management, digital documentation, remote sales, compliance, and aftersales into one cohesive ecosystem.

Features include real-time status updates, personalised communications, and a secure customer portal that enables buyers to upload documents (such as ID or insurance certificates) from any device.
The platform also simplifies remote interactions and supports a paperless, compliant experience through automated audit trails and secure data handling.
As part of Mad Devs’ evolving AI roadmap, Connect will introduce intelligent tools to improve decision-making and reduce admin. Planned features include lead prioritisation, automated communications, and real-time operational insights designed to help sales teams focus their time where it counts.
